USA Sales Resource
 
Our client is searching for a USA Sales Resource to join their team. This role will be responsible for recruitment of new clients in the United States. A successful candidate will strategically direct the sales efforts for the company by focusing on Western United States. This role will be located in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, or Utah.
 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets established by the supervisor
  • Ability to travel throughout the US to build their network and offer client support where necessary, as well as travel to the main office for necessary meetings and events
  • Attend tradeshows and potential sales growth events to grow their network
  • Track progress development in the CRM system
  • Attend to all incoming and assigned leads to ensure sufficient nurturing occurs, and log all activity in the CRM system
  • Maximize Lead to Opportunity conversion rates by executing sales strategies and tactics to ensure a healthy pipeline is maintained
  • Work with the main office to monitor all target customers extensively in each market and develop strategies for acquiring and maintaining their business
  • Use existing systems and tools to stay fully informed on the progress of sales and margins generated in all divisions
  • Analyze new products and product lines to ensure that you are offering the fullest and most successful array of products to your customers
  • Monitor all competitors and remain fully informed on their business practices so that the company remains competitive in each market
  • Assess existing customer needs and satisfaction levels to maintain customer loyalty and identify the potential for growth
  • Develop new marketing strategies which will contribute to growth and market shares, working closely with the Head Office to do so
Your strengths include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in the residential builders or construction industries
  • Able to travel approximately 25% of the time
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
