Human Resources Administration Team Lead This Human Resource Team Lead position will appeal to a dynamic Human Resources professional who will lead and direct the day-to-day functions of the HR department The HR Manager will play a large role in building and fostering strong relationships, working closely with community partners. The team lead will oversee functioning lead Administrative & Benefits functions such as Hiring, Rehiring, Leaves, Changes, and Termination processes.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Oversee Human Resources Administration, Talent Acquisition and Training Development requirements, Performance Review, HR Administration & HR Benefits. Managing ADP system and integrated systems
- Assists with the development of HR policies for the company with regards to employee relations
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
- Maintain data accuracy – Data entry audits via validation reports
- Assists with the development of HR policies for the company with regards to employee relations.
- HR Administrative functions communication – plan and assist Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your strengths include:
- 8+ years of experience across Human Resources, Administrative, Benefits and Training Development
- HR Designation preferred or working towards HR Degree
- Tech Savvy with computer software and program
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working with ADP Workforce Now
