Recruitment Consultant – Accounting and Finance Recruitment Partners Inc. is searching for a high achiever with quality, integrity and team spirit, who is looking to stretch their skills and develop their career! We are searching for an internal recruiter to join our team in our Calgary office. This dynamic role will be responsible to initiating and managing client and candidate relationships. A successful candidate will establish and expand their network, using creative techniques to source top talent for our clients.
Your success will be defined by your ability to: - Develop pro-active recruiting strategies to maximize client opportunities and build a talent pool, including engaging in networking activities
- Evaluate candidates through our screening process considering qualifications and career objectives
- Build strong, long-term candidate relationships and manage a candidate pool, identify and match candidate suitability to appropriate client opportunities
- Negotiate salary, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates
- Coordinate pre-employment steps, including reference checks and communication of details of new search engagements and manage contract employees while on assignment
- Maintain relationships with business contacts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals
- Prospect and network with prospective candidates regarding employment opportunities in the local market
- Create effective job descriptions to attract potential candidates
- Deliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needs
- Perform to meet weekly targets; recruitment, coordination, marketing and business development
- Coordinate candidates to client opportunities
- Build and maintain effective relationships within all internal staff
- Meet with clients, develop and manage strong business relationships to ensure successful placements and guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction
- Proactive business development through various marketing strategies, networking to expand your professional client network, participation in career fairs
- Gather information clearly defining the search parameters (key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure and compensation)
- Manage and negotiate both the selection and offer process
- Provide timely progress updates on search engagements to the client, and deliver interview feedback to the candidate
