Quality Assurance Analyst Our client requires Four (4) resources to provide Services in the role of Quality Assurance Analysts for the approximate period of eleven (11) months on a full-time position for the duration of the engagement.
Your success will be defined by your ability in the following: - Reviewing business requirements, design and technical specification documentation, and to create a test execution plan
- Maintain requirements traceability to test cases;
- Writing, participating, and executing test scripts as necessary;
- Writing test cases to test the business requirements and its corresponding solution;
- Creating test data and executing test cases during different testing phases;
- Creating and documenting training material, as required on projects.
- Logging defects and follow up on their resolution and retest the resolved defects; and
- Working with different workstreams to troubleshoot defects and follow through end to end;
- Providing status update on the test execution and defect resolution.
Your strengths include: - Ideal candidates would be analysts that have SCD (Simcorp) knowledge and completed QA work for SCD!
- Demonstrated experience in a QA Analyst role with strong operational knowledge of capital markets, investment management or investment banking organization.
- Demonstrated experience in a QA Analyst role that includes the following:
• Reviewing of requirements and design documents;
• Creating test plans, test cases and test data; and
• Executing test cases and reporting defects logged. - Experience providing QA Analyst support for any of the following products: • SimCorp Dimension; • Blackrock Aladdin; • eFront; • Tibco; • Azure Databricks. Preference will be given to resources who have experience in more than one (1) of the products.
- Demonstrated experience in a QA Analyst role using Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in a QA Analyst role using Tibco.
- Demonstrated expertise in a QA Analyst role working with Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated proficiency with full Microsoft Suite of applications and experience in a QA Analyst role which required working knowledge of SQL.
