This VP level Human Resources position will appeal to a dynamic Human Resources professional interested in providing leadership, direction, and coaching to every level of the organization and advising stakeholders. This person will lead the strategy behind every employee and maximize their potential. They will work directly alongside the CEO to continually adapt the organization to match the current business needs. As a member of the Senior Leadership team they will oversee Human Resources, Health & Safety, Information Technology and Facilities.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Be a key partner in talent, people management, company culture, and compensation.
Participate in M&A projects with a focus on HR and integration into the existing team.
Create policies and procedures that will build a diverse and inclusive corporate culture.
Build programs for training the leadership team.
Create a competitive global compensation for worldwide employees.
Create and manage programs to drive employee engagement and retention, learning and development, and employee relations.
Partner with the legal advisors to oversee the development of global HR policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve business IT and operational efficiency.
Develop IT Budget and oversee company-wide coordination of IT related project initiatives.
Provide leadership, management, and oversight of the facilities function for all sites.
Provide a health and safety strategy for the business and so that legal obligations are met.
Your strengths include:
5 + years in a senior leadership human resources role within an international high-growth startup.
15+ years of human resources experience
Involvement in the strategy development of an international organization.
Forward thinking and the willingness to put yourself out there.
A high EQ and the ability to thrive in an organization built on trust and shared values, with diverse and talented people.
Risk-taker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
