Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Process a full cycle payroll for the US and Canadian team
Process all new hires, terminations, changes, etc.
Manage the benefit plan
Respond to managers for queries, and ad hoc reporting
Respond to all employee inquiries
Human resources administration and coordination
Your strengths include:
5+ years in a similar role – US experience is a must
Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits concepts
A demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once
ADP experience a definite asset
Working well under pressure
