Contract Administrator:
Our Beaumont client is seeking an experienced
Contract Administrator to support their operations team for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Your success will be defined by your ability to: - Ensure proper handling of contracts, support documentation and related files.
- Provide project teams with understanding of the relevant aspects of the agreements and construction documents.
- Maintain databases for all contracts.
- Developing and managing all record-keeping systems, maintaining filing systems, and confidential information related to contract administration.
- Prepares and monitors contract terms and rates with current invoices.
- Monitors and approves expenditures within budget in accordance with administrative policies.
Your strengths include: - 3-5 years of experience in tendering, purchasing, procurement, vendor management or related fields.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Project management, strategic planning and contract management experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly and persuasively present ideas and recommendations that involve complex and sensitive issues to internal and external stakeholders
