Billing Administrator 
Our client is searching for a Billing Administrator with advanced Excel as well as experience in a construction environment. The candidate would be responsible for handling a very high volume of billing, and act as a back up to AR Collections. 
Your success will be defined by your ability to: 
  • Collaborate with Project manager in drafting a high volume of invoices o Progress Billing o Lump Sum Billing o Milestone Billing o Holdbacks
  • Weekly follow up calls to clients to ensure correctness
  • Assess established project budgets to ensure accuracies and/or gaps
  • Ensure appropriate purchase coding to projects is aligned
  • Ensure purchase orders match subcontractors invoices
  • Ad hoc support
Your strengths include: 
  • 2+ years of construction experience in a finance role considered an asset 
  • Advanced excel skills 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of Sage Timberline considered an asset
