What Recruitment Partners New Normal Looks Like
As the world we find ourselves in continues to change daily, our team here at Recruitment Partners continues to adapt.
Our team members are paying close attention to their health, following hygiene recommendations as put forward by our leaders and of course, are mandated to stay home should they notice any signs or symptoms of illness. As of yet, we are fortunate that none of our team members have been affected.
In addition, Recruitment Partners has put the following precautionary safety measures in place:
- We have cancelled all in-person client meetings and switched to virtual meeting spaces. We are able to video chat, talk on the phone, share computer screens, and easily share files.
- We have increased office cleaning procedures. Staff members are asked to wash their hands more than usual, and disinfectant is being provided to all workspaces.
- Staff members can work remotely or participate in a rotating “in-office” team schedule.
Additionally, we have also developed a contingency plan to ensure that deadlines are met and promises fulfilled.
